Samsung always keep its customer heavy headed... unable to download plug in...breeeewww

Did anyone have the same happened,I don't know how my device name got its name as RTII !!!It does show while accessing the file manager also.

Shared the same bugs with all the details,videos, logs, etc. Still no solution and forwarded the same with stable 8.5 ui. S24 exynos.This is galaxy enhance. In my feed report it said received and under review, no further update.

Is anyone having the same issue after stable 8.5 in s24 exynos
