The reason apple & oneplus wins over Samsung regarding update is having a less product category. Samsung is making it complicated by launching multiple range mobile phones with same features. This is the reason they are unable to give updates on time
I got the update but didn't update it. Samsung has given this update because of people's anger on the late update arrival. Now they will fix it and it will take some time
