What are these icons or symbols which I see under notification panel?

How to charge the green , orange background while placing and getting an incoming call? Change background under call or phone settings didn't help.

Currently I see only a small icon with different colours for each sim but i don't know to which sim is the message delivered.is there a way to show the mobile number to which a sms is delivered in the messaging app?

I want to see my sim no. to which I have received a message. Currently i see an icon after the message rather i prefer to see my sim no.I'm using Samsung messages app. I prefer this over Google messages
