My watch has frozen after on the lock screen with the power button also not working.I went for my normal swim as I always do and did not come close to the depth limit.What can I do to get it back to normal where it's working again.

Plz can someone help, I got the new ui version 6,1 on my samsung A24phone and as it got installed my clock app just dissappeared
