I have been a dedicated Samsung user for many years, but this time Samsung has really disappointed me.

i too got the same response from Samsung, but nothing is working. The display still continues discolouration.Samsung needs to fix this and this is no way to force people to buy new phones (I actually thought that the life of my Note9 is over)

There should a place where we can take this up. Its so difficult to read the text with this discolouration

Sometimes I feel this patch was released on purpose to boost sales of their new flagship models S20 and Note10
