Same here.. Clear app data and cache from whatsapp watch app. Then try to connect. It's works for me.

But these steps solved my problem. Do backup and try hard reset. May be it will work.

The only solution is reset all settings under general management. It will work. Stop giving in general solutions. Be bug specific. Thank you.
