I own this Samsung A55 I'm from South Africa.So this Samsung A55 vision doesn't update software while smaller A series has updated software to Android 16. Samsung has fooled us.
So they are telling you it's old so you can buy another phone from them then you get the same problem.Samsung A55 it's not an old phone they said it will receive 4 years of software update even A05 has updated their software.
