In my Galaxy Note 9 after the One UI 2.5 update in an incoming call, callers can't hear my voice but in an outgoing call no issues occur. Is there anyone facing the same!?
I got it fixed from Samsung customer care that it was conflicting with Bixby wake up voice command. it was on. now I turn it off, and the problem is gone. all this information can be helpful for others too. Thanks
