the glitch in very app i can't upload my video's on instagram, youtube, etc.fix it i upload original and the glitch clip for showing my problems 

this problem show now samsung fix it or not

i face many problems on my samsung device after update to one ui 7 and android 15 my video glitch also this glitch show in others app like instagram, youtube etc fps down i play games on my samsung device but i see the fps before update its goes to 6...
