Everytime that I will send a video by whatsapp a green stripe apears along the video.Same stripe is also present when streaming video from camera app services, like Tapo, from TP Link.Is it only my device?

Guys, is there anyone who already received tha last update for note10+? My note still with security patch from December 2019... I dont know what else to do, I checking every single day... usually more than once, but get nothing... I'm stuck with N975...
