Guys, is there anyone who already received tha last update for note10+? My note still with security patch from December 2019... I dont know what else to do, I checking every single day... usually more than once, but get nothing... I'm stuck with N975FXXU1BSL7... Samsung is not helping at all. Did someone already get the N975FXXU3CTC9? I know there are another 5 updates after the one I got... is there anyone who knows how to solve it?
I bought it at Samsung Opera House, Bangalore... using it with my Airtel indian number... already thought about Odin, but besides warranty issues, I can't believe Samsung is not able to help me... everytime I contact them, they answer me with "did you try by wifi?" after answer, "did you try with at least 50% battery charge?"... two days later " did you go to software update?"... and this is going on by over a week...
