In my samsung phone, while opening gaming hub app, it freezes most of the time and the screen goes completely dark. Why? Fix it quick!!

I have samsung galaxy a34 5g. But my updates for this device is coming very late than usual. Even the samsung a14 got the new October security patch update. Why is this happening samsung??I am just very frustrated fix it quick
