Back panel is coming out from s23 ultra. Can we fix it from service centre. Are they using gum or waterproof tape for fixing from service centre.How much it will cost for fixing it

I have visited service centre .They no willing to change the display because of hand set from uae. How could a international brand say that only free display change for Indian handset.my hand is only 2.5 years old with no physical and water damage
