Is there any problem with lock screen stories with anyone or is it just me. My lock screen and homescreen wallpaper keeps remaining same even I change them.. sometimes it works but after a restart the last Wallpaper appears again.

i had rooted my phone once. then i upgrade my mobile with stock rom by odin. but is still says the device is rooted and some features like Secure folder , secure tab in internet browser doesnot works. needs help
