Hi,I have some issues related to the secure folder; I cannot creat or add any types of files to it. It is asked to contact the customer service, is that really gonna help to fix it?
Actually I cannot reach all of these steps, because I am not able to open my secure folder. Whenever I try to creat it or open it , it just does not work.
