I have the same issue , it's becoming international problem

I am also facing that , after restarting , it goes fine for a while, But it again becomes blurry, it is prominent at 2.9x , or using pro mode for full zoom at wide angle(108MP)I think it's the software problem as I have changed that through SamMobile...
