Try to protect from dust. Blow some normal temperature air to flush dust particles. This keeps the fold going on as per my experience.

This has been issue with Samsung A0x series phones. Nothing new.The best performance starts from A3x series/models.

It is normal for the aged phone with such sensitive mechanism. I would say it is better after such long time.Since Fold 4 the folding mechanism became more reliable than previous models.
