Note 9 Charging Issue

When i plug my note 9 on charging with genuine samsung adapt fast chager and genuine samsung cable. Sometimes it shows "check charger connection" and fast charger gets disabled and cable charging gets activated.

No Headphone Jack info on note 9

Each time i plug in my headphone into audio jack. There is no info of headphone on screen, but headphones work.
Following
