S23fe what can i do to update itIf i want to update it as software update it says software up to date tips anyone?

My s23fe is stuck at android 13 and one ui 5.1 I think i wanna know how and when can i update it to one ui 8.5 and android 16 u already looked at software update but it tells me i can't update because software is up to date
