Help  it's after I updated to one UI 6...my mobile is galaxy s22 how can I roll back?

Is there any way to change the vibration Pattern like for closing all recent apps, uninstalling apps etc? In Samsung s22 one ui 6

I'm experiencing a screen refresh rate issue while gaming, causing choppy gameplay. On my s22, i set the refresh rate to adaptive which reduces the refresh rate to 30hz while gaming. please help me to resolve this issue fast as possible 
