Is there a way to make my Samsung Notes flip pages in a way that is appropriate for languages that read from right to left (as in Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, etc) rather than left to right (as in English)?

Samsung Notes does not work on any PC/desktop device that is not Galaxy Book.I understand that S Pens only work with Galaxy, but I would like to be able to view the notes and type things in too from desktop.

Samsung Notes app on windows/Microsoft store is not downloading. It's the only app that is nlt installing. I do not have the "get" button for the app.I hope this issue gets fixed soon, it would be extremely helpful to have notes on my desktop too.
