My finger print scanner was not working on the tablet. Tried everything from soft reset, wipe cache partition l, factory reset.Took it to the service center and they are saying it's a display issue with the board. Anyone else faced this?Losing fait...
[UPDATE] Sorry about the delay in posting this, but as it was under warranty the service center fixed it. It needed the entire board and display replacement as both fingerprint scanner and face camera were not working.Note to anyone reading this, if ...
Yes I will l. I am also concerned , it's gone off to a bad start and folks here have said they are very poor at honoring warranties and push for repair by not properly addressing the root cause.Just have to keep my fingers crossed.
