Same status of my phone also. I am also planning to move to Consumer Court, they are offering discounted paid replacement for manufacturing defect/substandard hardware, which is unacceptable.
True, they take advantage of dysfunctional justice system and limitation of customer to invest their time and money to pursue the case, thus dumping substandard hardware in 3rd world countries.
I am hopeful of speedy resolution of root cause and Samsung to meet the ethical and moral standards in Corporate governance and customer satisfaction and also uphold customers trust in the brand.
