First go to settings> Battery and device care> Device protection>Click on 3 dots on top right corner and select Device protection settings.There you'll find Auto scan when installing apps.This fixed my long installation time.

My installation was also a long one. I disabled scanning of apps before installing and after install, it's fixed now.
