On your last 2 points, this is exactly what I was trying to convey... The device supports HDR, however, the app doesn't... Meaning Amazon Prime Videos doesn't support HDR content for S10 Plus... Though a particular content on the app says HDR
On the app it says it's available in HDR, however, when you stream or download it plays in Standard Definition (SD) format... I have sent a screenshot of a reply from Samsung Support team in my post so check that out...
