Galaxy S10 Plus not compatible for HDR videos on Amazon Prime Videos

Does anyone has an issue watching full HD/HDR videos on Amazon Prime on Galaxy S10 Plus. I can't download nor can I stream videos at that resolution. I wrote to customer service at Amazon and they came back with a reply saying this device is not compatible to play HDR videos.

The device is absolutely compatible bro, just check the show you are searching is on HDR.

The device S10 PLUS is widewineL1 certified so you should not have any problem streaming HD content on any platform.

Also did you face the same problem on Netflix?

Check my present post with Samsung support team reply... It is more to do with one particular service provider and not the device... Netflix plays fine

Did you update to Android 10?, If yes I think probably that is the problem it will be fixed soon.

What's the reason it's not supported
