open the camera app then click on settings icon scroll down till you find edit camera modes choose rear camera then check slow motion box and you're done:)

that's completely normal as it shoots only in 720p and this needs a ton of light to make this even look good and if you don't believe me check out the reviews on this feature just don't freak out
