My phone hangs on opening any applicarion and get stuck on that.Pls help to solve this.Bad Expirence for One ui 7 update.

In power saving mode the display at lock screen not working properly and could not start by pressing power button or double tap to wake its blank and after 5 to 6 sec it will on.Is anyone facing this issue?
