my s21 ultra  is still on may security patch and its not receiving any update .its local varient.i tried ota and smart switch both methods but no luck.i have checked on internet that after may samsung rolled out 5 times update to local varient s21 ul...

I am using A6+ 2018 and its still on april security patch.the last update i got was pie few months back after that no security and no software update i bought this phone new from here but still..such a poor service by samsung
