HDR video playback isn't working after updating to Android 11!

M31s got the Android 11 with one ui 3.1 update today. But after updating the video player playing back HDR videos in SDR no matter what I do. Dear samsung please fix that bug. Playing Videos in HDR is important. Even games are looking punchy anymore ...

The recent One UI 2.5 update for the Galaxy M31s mentions that there is a pro video mode but couldn't find it after installation. Can anybody tell me where to find it or it is really available?
