My sim card is not working on my s22. Wifi calling is working but no mobile network. Sim card has no problem. What should i do?

My S22 phone has 13 lines on its display.Is it wise to replace the display or buy a new phone? I don't have the money to buy a new phone now. But I fear the lines will come back on the replaced display too. What should I do?
