Guys are the rumours true about the the new UI8.5 update ?

Still can't see now brief on my lock screen even after turning it on why the hell it is soo frustrating 

Samsung it's soo bad that your most customer and high selling area is India and you still give us the update in the very last that's really bad. Please roll out the UI 8 we're tired of waiting god dammit...!!
