clean the lens with a lens cleaner, and try clearing the cache data from the camera. also restart the phone once you are done with the clearing of the cache. this might help your problem.
in most of the cases, the phone's SD card slot would have been damaged, chances are very less that SD card would have been damaged, ALSO depending on how old is the SD.
