I have contacted the customer support they are asking me to pay for their visit. It's not at all helpful. I have to suffer because of your cheap quality device fittings and plastic quality.
Really disappointed with the customer support too. The way customer care is talking I don't think customer care is required at all. If it's just about telling about how great the company and it's policy is then better deploy chat bot.
