s24 Ultra

hello team i ordered s24 ultra but delivery shows august 19.. any reason why its taking so much time..

no damage just 6 months oldi get black screen and rarely i see blurr screen.camera app fails throws error.what to do?tried every possible.option from.restart reset paritioned clean but no luck.looks like some.sw issue
