I have a samsung galaxy A14 as it turns out after i upgraded to android 14 when i set the lock screen to face id and pattern every 4 hours my phone stops recognizing my face and won't accept the correct pattern until i do a force restart i tried both...

Since android 14 every 3 to 4 hours my a 14 stops taking any biometric or the correct patterni have done both factory and all setting reset and still with the same issue , will samsung give this series a software update
