After android 14 my A14 every three to 4 hours won't recognize my face nor take the correct pattern i've tried everything all setting reset and factory reset also i tried to reset the face id and the pattern and the problem remains then again i tried cleaning the lens while registring my face and do it in a bright area but same issue again and again so can samsung tell me why this is happening and how to fix because quite frankly i won't pay a penny to go and fix it at a samsung store because its not my fault
