Bluetooth pairing issue

Anyone experiencing it lately? I use tws earbuds (fastrack f pods fx 100) which should get paired whenever switched on, but recently since 2 days it's not pairing automatically. Is it an issue of the phone or the bluetooth device ‍ please suggest
