Samsung is not doing anything for this. They are demanding a hefty amount of money for display change. Samsung is simply trying to pass the issue by ignoring thousands and thousands of complaints of customers.
They don't even acknowledge the messages.. their customer care service number is not valid. 1800407267864 is the number of their customer care, which is not working. Samsung is simply worse, they dont give a **bleep** to their customers.
Thanks for your reply. I did try yesterday Samsung support but their solution is not helping. I will visit the service centre and will see what solution they give. My phone is not physically damaged, so hopefully they solve the problem at no cost.
