I am using Galaxy A8 Star. This model was launched for 35k price range. Since from the launch, the software updates are delayed, but the phones which seems to be  degrade comparing to this model gets updates soon than my one  why this happens

I Am using Samsung galaxy A8 Star since last year, am not able to exchange my device in either Amazon or Flipkart or any other  applications . Somebody tell me a solution for this
