I am using Galaxy A8 Star. This model was launched for 35k price range. Since from the launch, the software updates are delayed, but the phones which seems to be degrade comparing to this model gets updates soon than my one 😩😩 why this happens
Please be informed that latest software version android 10 will expected to be released in May’20 for the device. Any update regarding this will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section. You may use following steps to check update notification:
1) Settings > Software Update >Download and install.
