How long does it take for Samsung to get back to you in regards to the free cover and spen? I have the phone for a week already, dont Samsung want people to protect the phone or are the service just as bad as Telkom ?
This is what you do. You tweet to every news agency. News24 5fm etc. Include Telkom and Samsung.. I got my stuff in a week af5er 3 calls from managers.
