Hey bro,In android any tablet which says it's 4g / 5g enabled means you can definitely make a call.That's not the problem with any Android tablet brand.
For your kind information still Samsung is not providing all the features to M series smartphone launched in 2020-2021.All that are restricted till A series smartphones.
