Hello .in my mobile M51.which is under warranty now.after updating under my file section under android folder the data folder is not showing anything and that's why I can not access my data.due to this reason I called to samsung customer care india...
But in other mobiles who comes with inbuilt android 11 the my file section is showing data and its content is visible on there.but i am having this problem in the devices which was previously in android 10 and now it become android 11 in Samsung ga...
