Thanks for samsung team. the flickering issue got resolved.installed smart tutor app and gave a call to samsung customer care. they scanned and performed checks on my mobile and adviced me to put my mobile on safe mode for 1.5 hrs.. and after restart...
I went to service center, they ran some tests and checked my phone. they cant find any issues. they told me it will be corrected on next software update release...

They must fix. But they never told or admit its their mistake and will correct on the next update. instead they will say us to take our mobiles to neareat service center
