Try visiting samsung service center and ask them to manually update your phone(disclaimer:- backup your phone cause sometimes manually updating may cause data loss)
Is it safe?? I mean what if we install and you get complete access to our devices, biometric data, etc. I mean if you can unlock app, you can also unlock device too
