Missing data after software update

What do i do to get my data back , i have backed up everything etc but contacts and stuff show for 2 minutes and then disapears again .Software updates shouldnt be doing this

I did that and after 2 minutes it disapears again .I suggest the next software update you guys repair the problem . I had it fixed by Vodacom
