Has anyone recived one ui 6.1 on the S21ultra?

My device is S21 Ultra,  but it hasn't received android 14 yet. Notice of security update is here,  but when I click that ,it show android 13 one ui 5 , it says your android is update .Any know? Please help me. tnx.

I have S21 ultra ,but I don,t received android 14 ,Iam in afghanistan now .Will I receive android 14 or no ?Please ,answer if you know. Tnx.
