Saved jpg image in s23 ultra changed format when I shared with someone

When I click pic on my s23 ultra it saves in jpg format but whole sharing same Pic or photo converts in to other format which can't be open

Just wondering that Samsung is delaying to upgrade Andoid 15 in S23 Ultra, will they increase 5 years of Android OS upgrade instead of 4 years as Android 15 supposed to be released in 2024?
