After January update my phone started to get some lpng vibrations.i don't know the reason.is that my phone problem or update bug

It's official now that 8 series will not get android 10 and One UI 2.0 don't feel sad but we can download by rooting the mobile.Anyone interested in rooting mobile or you just simply stick with android 9 and One UI 1.0Comment ur opinions

I don't find any changes but the update size is 740mb.i think i need to recheck is there anything new in this update.if anyone find new things comment below
